Yes mine is not working either in SY13.
Done a broadband test through sky and they say no issues and everything working fine. All lights are green in router too. But there is no internet connection on any devices.
Does yours also say no issues?

Yes done all the usual things,and it says everything is fine. Spoke to them Friday because it was out and they said it could be the router,had a new router on sat by which time broadband come back on. Put the new one in sat night,all OK until today.

Hi,
Since 8am Whitchurch can't connect to internet and app is not picking up on the error. DNS error after restarting the hub.

Have you called sky to inform them of this issue?
I phoned them and, just as with the online test check etc, they could t find an issue. So they proposed sending an engineer out on 18th September. I love how they think 8 days without internet is acceptable.
I said I needed it fixing sooner so they're sending out a new router.
However, looking on this forum, it seems a few in the Whitchurch area are having issues? I am SY13. Tests say all is ok, and router has three green lights. But I've got no internet whatsoever.
Im hoping the more people who call and say they have an issue in this area, the more likely they'll be to investigate further. Clearly an issue somewhere along the lines away from our homes.

I didn't call yet as the issue is with their router/switch so it should be picked up by them fairly quickly, and I not gonna lie, contacting any ISP in UK these days is roughly as enjoyable as cancer treatment and roughly same effective. Took me an hour just to find a working number.
But I will in 20 mins.

I've been awake since early in the morning and have tried everything I know on how to fix the issue. But it still says connected but do not have internet access. I'm very confused. Can someone help?

Just tried phoning and their lines are currently closed whilst they deliver essential training!

Does anyone has a decent number for them also in the SY postcode up by the high school in whitchurch.
No Internet all day also reliant on it for work so want to complain
