Internet connection slow

Hello,

 

I swaped my old broadband with Sky in August and I am not very happy with the speed of my internet connection.

When I am watching TV on streaming (Netflix, Disney+,...) everything works very well and I have no issue with my connection.

However, when doing some research on internet or using social medias on my laptops or phones, the connection is very slow and I keep having to use my 4G instead to have a better connection. My partner and I work from home most days and it frustrates us a lot...
