Issue with WiFi

Apparently my broadband is fine and my hub is connected, but I'm constantly having issues with my laptop connection via WiFi. I'm in the next room to my hub with an almost clear line of sight between the two. My WiFi connection is painfully slow today and on other days it's been the same. Help!

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
