No change within my updated speed

I upgraded my Wi-Fi to Ultra fast giga fast 900 MBPS last week and there has been no change in my Wi-Fi speed. It got activated Friday last week, I'm not getting any higher than 250 Mbps I am paying more for a no change in my Wi-Fi and I want to know as to why I'm supposed to be getting minimal 650 but I'm supposed to be getting around 900 MB per second and I'm getting nowhere near that much I don't want to be paying the price I am for an upgrade that I'm not receiving.

@Molly-may Are you testing the speed with Ethernet? also what does your service checker show for your connection and the history stored that is 30 day's, you should be able to see when the upgrade was applied, broadband and expand using the > symbol!

I've done the speed checker and it's say 648 but I can clearly see it's not we get between 210-250

@Molly-may Ethernet tested or wireless wi-fi tested? And is the device you are using capable off higher speed's?

I don't know what one think cable but yes it is capable as that's what sky themselves told me
