I have had problems with my broad band on Friday 24 Oct around 1.30 

 

I reported to Sky and an engineer came out on Monday albeit it was scheduled for 12-2 and they cane much latwe

 

They  replaced my  box and advise the problem was with open reached and they scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 8am

the Open reach engineer came today and has fixed the cabling and advise that the cabinets had been cut by accident 

the cable was fixed and the internet was up and running

 

however he left and at 10am the internet is not stable and it's dropping in and out with meetings that I am having 

 

I am unable to use the internet at the moment

You will need to do as you did before and report this to Sky.
