Issue connecting Eufy Doorbell

I have just purcased an eufy floodlight camera and a camera doorbell. The floodlight was able to connect to the wifi no problem but the doorbell will not connect. It says it needs 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi but on my hub i'm not able to see/change anything!

How does this help someone set up their video doorbell? This hasn't helped me..

@Haggis0307 What hub do you have from sky! and if you check outside where you have put the doorbell do you still get a wi-fi signal on your mobile if you have one! Disable wi-fi on a band as a temporary measure to get the doorbell connected to the wireless wi-fi.
