Hive Hub & Sky WiFi Max
Hive hub won't connect to sky WiFi max router. I had to turn shield off when using the sky q router to get hive to connect.
Since changing to sky WiFi max router I've got shield turned off and no idea where to go next to connect hive.

Re: Hive Hub & Sky WiFi Max
Thank you. I have one of the first Hive Hubs.
It should just connect when connected to the router via Ethernet.
Since changing to the newer sky router the hive hub won't connect to the internet.
The sky router shows the hive hub connected to the router but it's not letting it connect through to the internet.

Re: Hive Hub & Sky WiFi Max
@Satch83 That's correct, you just plug the hub into the Ethernet port on the back of the Sky Max hub, think there is some lights on it if i remember, what is indicated on them? say what you have but expect it is the nano2!
What do the lights on my Hive Hub mean?

Flashing fast green = Your Hub is trying to connect to the internet

Re: Hive Hub & Sky WiFi Max
All followed and still not connecting. I am sure it must be a setting int he router that needs changing?

Re: Hive Hub & Sky WiFi Max
@Satch83 If your Hive is not getting out past the Map-T then you will need the assistance of sky to do so, it's a straight Ethernet connection to the nano, have it connected on the boy's NO issue, but that's why he does not have the sky Max!
If you also still have the black SR203 hub from sky connect it back up, works just as well if not better!
