Is this a scam

I keep getting emails telling me that I've forgotten something with my broadband order. It doesn't say what I've forgotten and the order appears to be going through ok. Is this someone trying to get my details?

@Allan34 the only way you can find out is by talking to Sky directly rather then rdpluing tomthe dmail.

Does the email mention your by your first name ?

Does it have a link in it that it wants you to click through ?

Have you placed a broadband order recently ?

The email does not contain my first name, it does have a link labelled'complete order', and yes, I have recently ordered sky broadband. Thanks

It could well be any email from Sky although I have no idea why they would send you a "Did you forget something" link.
