I keep getting emails telling me that I've forgotten something with my broadband order. It doesn't say what I've forgotten and the order appears to be going through ok. Is this someone trying to get my details?

Does it have a link in it that it wants you to click through ?

The email does not contain my first name, it does have a link labelled'complete order', and yes, I have recently ordered sky broadband. Thanks
