Our cameras I don’t know how to put back on line since hub was changed on Friday we did

Our security camera is off line and I have no idea how to put them back on we are pensioners and finding this difficult

Still have no cameras since moving our modem this needs to be put back where it was before we can't hear telephone ringing and if we are in kitchen cannot get it in time engineer stated it would all cameras ect we are very upset about this
