Is it possible to cancel?

My broadband contract is due to expire. Sky gives me the option to continue at a higher price or to  to take out a more expensive contract. There is no option to cancel. Is it possible to overcome Sky's anti-consumerist website and to give notice to Sky that I do not want to continue with its broadband upon the expiry of my contract?

@John+Anthony+B

But if you intend to move to Virgin then you need to call Sky.
