Router loosing signal

Good afternoon 

My router keeps loosing signal is there a problem from your side

Is the internet light on the sky hub amber at the minute?

@Van+Wyk  You are not talking to Sky via the foruym we are all customers here.

 

When you say losing signal do you mean your broadband line is dropping or is it your wifi signal that you have an issue with?

 

As per @cookiemonsteruk  what lights are shoing on your hub.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It shows green at the moment but we are watching something on sky and the next minute it just start flashing Amber.

There does seem to be issues in the following postal areas

 

The latest reports from users having issues in Sittingbourne come from postal codes ME10 and ME9

 

You would still be advised to contact sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone to notify sky
