@Internet14 intially run the online Srvice Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection dont worry if it says everything is fine as it takes up,to an hour to pick up the lost connection but when it does it can tell you if Sky aere aware of an issue affecting your line. If theyvaren't the app will walk you through a few troubleshooting steps before offering to book an enginerr. You can call Sky do battle with the bot talk to an agent whomwill go through thecsame steps.
