Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RonsnC Nobody here can, if you have run the diagnostics test it should have found if there was an issue and offered you the option of booking an engineer, if you haven't run the test then you need to do so or call Sky to report the fault.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
