Openreach are poor

Well moved house a month ago, still waiting for openreavh to come and survey the property even though next door have full fibre 🙄 they was meant to come out on the 24th but as of writing this they still ain't come. No update to sky or nothing, doubt sky will sort anything. Poor service from both sides also. After this aggro I feel like telling sky to shove their contract.

Unfortunately that would probably put you back to the bottom of the queue for an Openreach survey commissioned by your new ISP.

The whole 'Home Move' process is frankly broken with regard to new FTTP orders, and we've raised this with Sky several times.
