Internet doesn't work on work laptop since morning

Do you have a black or a white Sky Hub?

Is the work laptop trying to make a VPN connection?

@NicoletaGalatan Is it just the laptop affected? Are use still able to use your broadband service on other devices?

We have a black one, the moment I connect the VPN the internet stops on the work laptop 😞 I asked our IT and advised it's from Sky
