My crossed band is very poor devices sometimes don't connect

@Claire72__ if it is only some devices then it is most likely poor WiFi signal strength in your home.  If your hub is not out on the open on a surfacecso its above things like radiators that block the signal move it. However if the hub is in the best pisition you may need extenders to get sufficent signal through out your home. Sky sell a package thst  can help see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
