I have an issue with connection to my iPad when making FaceTime calls. The calls freeze and the screen shows 'your connection is unstable' the video call stops and usually the call is dropped. This does not happen on FaceTime calls on my iPhone and my browsing and other usage on the iPad is as normal. I contacted Sky and they removed the Broadband Shield and was asked to reboot the router and try to make the calls again on phone and iPad but no change. I am getting great speeds and the iPad is new 2-3weeks old and am mystified why this is happening. Just wanted to check if anyone has experienced this before I contact Apple. Thank you.
