Any chance someone can bring me a box ASAP as mine is not due until 8th an my ex has had it turned off I need it to function the television as I've got no ariel.

No: activation of broadband is based on Openreach availability to carry out the necessary configuration to provision the address, not the subscriber being in possession of a Hub (which is timed for despatch shortly before the scheduled date). Typically there's a ten working day lead time between the ISP placing an order and it being actiond by Openreach (and note the upcoming Bank Holidays).

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreA hub is just part of the required infrastructure for your connection. A engineer also needs to go and activate your line at the cabinet so you wont get broadband before your scheduled date even if you had a hub.
