Internet speed is terrible

We had our internet fitted the other day from yourselves and it was ment to be the fastest one you had to offer . But it's terrible upload and download speed are so slow everything lagging or crashing can you help ?

@Emma376 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. As a rule Sky wont deal with speed issues in the girst 10 days ofva new connection as somecsystems need time to optimise. 

Forum members can help if you explain a little more including if you are in full fibre (the hub is connected to box on thecwall with lights) or partial fibre (the hub is connected to a phone socket ). The colour of your hub (the whites hubs are very different from  the  black ones) What speed you have bought and a speed test result from a device.
