No internet - VPN won't connect

Hi, my VPN frequently drops off while I'm working from home due to having no Internet connection on our Sky wifi. 

Please help as this is disrupting my work day and drops me out of calls on a daily basis. 

I ran a test my broadband check and the result was everything is good, but that just isn't the case for my phone, my work laptop or my personal laptop. Even if only one device is connected, it is inconsistent. Thanks, Olivia

@OliviaN27 check the lights on your Sky hub when you lose connection see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start. and follow thecsteps in thectrouble shooter.
