Internet slow
I am meant to be paying additionally for Sky Broadband Superfast, which recently quoted it will increase to £47.50 a month. But my internet is far from fast..! In fact it's gone slower and is unacceptable..!
please either fix my connection so I am getting the speed I am paying for or reduce my subscription.
in fact as my whole household requires this as a vital part of our daily jobs and fir other use, I will have to change internet provider if not fixed soon.
thanking you.

Re: Internet slow
@Sian444 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum but forum membersccan potentially help.
First run the connection test in the My Sky app and click to run the full broadband test as thst will give you the speed history and the guaranteed speed Sky promised for your line. If speeds are low the app should offer to book an engineer.
If you have a black Sky hud post your hub's connection stats Find your Sky Broadband router statistics as these help the forum experts to see what maybe the issue.
On word of waning if you switch ISPs while in the fixed contract period without giving Sky a reasonable chance to sort the issue they will charge you for early termination. If the issue is with your line switching to another isp usingbthecsame line means the issue moves with you.
