Find out more@AshleighT1993 if running speed tests on a device connected by WiFi you often just end up testing the WiFi part of the transfer rather than the speed of your broadband as that is slower. Loss of speed in the evenings is typically caused by increased interference from your neighbours' networks.
While rebooting your Skybhub can help the best solution is to improve the WiFi signal strength in your home. First check your hub is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators and furniture. Beyond thst things get more complicated and potentially expensive.
