Internet slow and drops out

In the last 3-4 of months our internet has gone slow and often drops out.

We didn't have this problem previously or with our previous provider BT. Also the equipment has been moved or changed either

@nic5890  Do you have a black or white router from Sky and it is not clear in your post if the equipment is now in a different place than it was before.

The router is black and has not been moved the entire time we've had it.

@nic5890  We need the all of the router stats and just now the speed you are getting to the router.

@nic5890  Are you seeing the slow down on all devices that you have connected to the router? Can see no drops in the connection and with 35 day uptime have you tried to re-boot the router to see if this makes any difference.

 

How many devices are connected to the Wi-Fi and are any used to do heavy downloading?
