Weak wifi speed

I'm writing to express my frustration with the poor WiFi connectivity in my home. The signal is extremely weak and unreliable in most rooms, to the point where my children have to rely on their 4G data for internet access 90% of the time when they are in their rooms. Even in the living room, where the router is located, the connection is only marginally better.

This situation is unacceptable, as we are unable to use the internet effectively in the majority of our home. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue as soon as possible, as it is severely impacting our ability to use the service we are paying for.

@Najma4  First you are not talking to Sky, we are customers like yourself.

 

Are you able to tell us where in the property the router is located and is it out in the open in the room and not low down and hidden.
