@SarahCas Do you have any boosters around the property to help with the Wi-Fi signal as broadband boost does enable you to ask Sky for them as you pay as part of your broadband subscription.

Hiya, I have boosters that I've bought but they seemed to have stopped working, presumably need updating and don't think I should have to buy when I pay for Boost every month.

@SarahCas No you should not have to pay for boosters if you have broadband boost. Speak to Sky over the phone to see what they can do to help you in regards to getting the right boosters for the router you have.
