Internet phone

I'm using an internet phone from a Korean telecommunications company, but a few days ago, the connection suddenly went down. So I asked the telecommunications company, and they said that the ports on the router I'm using are blocked, so I should contact this broadband company and ask them to unblock them. They said that if anything is blocked from UDP5060 to UDP5070, and from UDP20,000 to UDP60,000, they should unblock it. Who at Sky should I contact? Please help me. Thanks

Issues with a Max Hub and VoIP telephony are likely to be related to the Sky use of Map-T IPv4 address sharing.

Hi, Thank you for helping me.  I spoke with one of sky team expert. He said I should go to product setting and click my sky hub and I can find what I have to do. But there are only two options broadband shield and Internet security.  I looked every where but I can't find my sky hub.

I am also experiencing this issue and need to resolve it as I run my business from home and all incoming and outgoing calls are being blocked
