Internet perfect, unable to get any Sky programmes

Same message for all stations. Looks like you don't have Internet connection right now. Tried settings but no help.

@Carol1957  Where are you located? There is a are wide outage in the M28, 29 and 38 postcode areas.

I am in Sheffield and have the same issue, Sky checker suggests everything is fine but I have no internet connection.

I'm same, checker came back perfect, but no Internet connection. We may be having the same outrage. Probably wait until tomorrow now.

Multiple posts don't get a better response.

 

First thing to try with a Glass television is always to unplug and then replug the power supply from the TV set.
