Hi already messaged but no reply we have had no internet since before 6am this morning. Just home from work and still not working.

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

What does your sky modem look like? is it a white rectangular box? Does it have a light at the front? Would you be able to describe what the light(s) are?

Thank you for replying. I called Sky, after being on the phone for an hour and a half they're sending out an engineer tomorrow.

Same ours has been down 3 days now litrally no internet! But on there website states there's no problem, then when you phone they say sky is having problems
