For some time I've noticed that when using WiFi in any device I have websites and emails don't always load. I usually just turn off WiFi and then the page opens straight away on 4G. But I have a visitor using her iPad and she can't open her any of her emails either.

@SSJ10 if it is an issue with opening pages rather tgan slow broadband generally it sounds lije a DNS issue - DNS is tge service thst translates web addresses into IPmaddresses - Sky's DNS nodes can go slow the fix is to power down your hub for an hour which should mean you get onto a better node.
