Sky Broadband Superfast is Slow

The speed to my hub is 30.4 Mb/s (although guaranteed speed is 37.0).

What can I do to improve this?

I've ran the numerous checkers using Sky help, but do I need to call Sky and request an engineer or something?

@CarlHickman1976 your router has been running for nearly 3 months  so is over due for a reboot - all electronics benefit from the occasional restart.

Overall your line looks healthy the connection speed of 32Mb/s looks roughly right for the apparent length of the line while it is not performing spectacularly well it is within the usual parameters.
