Poor wifi
My WiFi is very slow when I check online at other websites it's saying we are only getting 3/4mbs but sky app saying 37mbs the tv is jumpy and keeps freezing and games won't load on the xbox

@Vicky832 wifi speeds in your home are affected by the layout and type of construction of your home. It is worth making sure that your hub is in the best pisition which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators. Beyond thst you may need to grt more equipment as inmany homes a Sky hub is not dnough to give decent wifi in every room.
