Find out more@Upendra07 & @Stu26n if you log into the My Sky app overca mobile connection and click to run the connection test - ignore tge intial result which is from the last routine test - it will check ifvtherecis a known fault affecting your line. If itvdoesntvshow a fault call Sky and report that your line is down so they can get Openreach to get an engineer to sort the fault .
