Discussion topic: No connection

No connection

I've tried the service checker which says there's an issue but then I click to fix it and it says everything is fine. All lights are green and devices are connected to hub but have no internet. I can't seem to find a way to actually contact sky! What can I do?

Sky broadband is down in some areas
