I have tested through MySky app which says everything looks normal but the internet light on the hub is off and I can't connect to the WiFi with any of my devices.
could you please help?

@Matt22 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Same here, no internet for at least 5 hours so far. Checker comes back saying everything is fine but can't connect to internet in reality.

Yes, ran full test as well as turning on and off and resetting. It says service is fine but 0 devices connected, which isn't true.

I'm in West Sussex and mine has just started playing up, the light goes off, I do everything that needs to be done and the checker says there's not a problem when there clearly is.

Also East Sussex and been without internet since 6am this morning! Next available appointment for sky to resolve issues is 17/9!! Complete joke!!
