Voice light orange - no internet

Woke up this morning at 9:00am to no internet even though devices say they're connected. Voice light on router is orange. Turned router off and on again with no luck and sky app is saying there is no issue. Still without internet at 11:11am

I turned my router off at the wall left it for 45 minutes and turned it back on and my internet seems to be back now.

I've had something similar since yesterday. I've never had any trouble with the full fibre connection for years until yesterday. The connection kept dropping all day, voice light is orange most of the time and no internet even though the internet light is green & WiFi light. Yesterday I tried the reset & reboot of everything 😆 no joy. It comes back on sometimes for a bit but then drops again!

I tried all that yesterday and it would come back on for a while, even as long as an hour, but then it would go again 🙁 reset the box, router, literally everything i could, phoned Sky and went through all their steps. An engineer is coming out today, which was quicker than I thought!
