My internet light is off on my router and the broadband isnt working. I have tried every single test, turning it off and on, plugging everything in again, resetting the router etc. I have tried speaking to the virtual assistant but they were no help. How do I get to speak to a human? I work from home and need to start work in half an hour. The internet was working fine all weekend.

Same problem for me. Went off last night about 11pm and its still off now at 8 a.m.
Internet light is off and voice light is Amber.
I've done all the the things the online help asks and it ain't working yet.
