@Rae68 at 2.30am by far the most common cause of outages is overnight maintenance work. If so your line will be back by morning.

Still down. Is there an issue we should know about,  if it was planned maintenance then we would have been informed about it surely. Also the 5.30 am deadline you talk about is 2 hours past now. Any information?
