Internet light is not on

Good morning. I just got my sky broadband and the activation date was yesterday. However, the internet light is not on while I have the WiFi and power light on green. Please can someone help to get me online because I really don't understand what is going on.

@Stayfocus sounds like an issue with your line. Connect to the My Sky app using a mobile connection and gomto the service checker shich msy or may not have picked up the line loss if it has it should tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line if it doesnt call them and report the fault so they can get it checked out. What nobody can tell you is when the service will be restored which isn't due to inefficency but is the reality of the broadband network.
