@Aileenpetrie given Freeview is a TV service delivered via a TV aerial not sure why you are posting in the broadband forum. If it is the online content then check if other devics are working normally if they aren't then it could be an issue either with your broadband or the WiFi in your home so post a few details including what happens to the leds on your hub.
