Orange voice light, no internet. Keeps doing it daily.

Could you please help me to sort out the issue with the voice orange light on my broadband please?

Other lights are staying green, however there is no internet connection because of the orange voice light. Have reset, turned off but still does this daily!

@Becky2106 this quite a regular problem that affects a few users. The fault is caused by an issue with the server node Sky are using to connect your line to their network. Where this happens powering down your Sky hub for an hour normally sorts the problem by changing the physical node.  If stuck you can often bypass this issue if you add a public DNS server address to your device's network set up. That wont cure the loss of the voice line but it works round the issue of the node not routung DNS calls correctly which is stopping data flowing.
