Internet keeps resetting

The internet keeps going on and off. It has been happening for 2 days now.

@Rebecca59 you don't have anything wired to your router by any chance? Mine was doing the same, turns out it was the sky box that was wired it kept resetting, disconnected the wire and have got my sky box wireless and had no resets since I did that
