Hi
My Internet keps dropping off constantly, need to reset the router and works for short time, says connection without Internet.
Any ideea to fix this issue?

We're struggling with same thing.
We've just recentrly swapped from TalkTalk to Sky Full Fibre Gigafast (we need it for work). First week or so everything seemed to be fine then after that period iternet drops literally every 15 seconds, then it calms down for few minutes then starts all over again.
It makes work impossible as it kicks us ouf from our programs, from sage, from bank, nothing is working.
Broadband test doesn't show any issues.
This is so frustrating, can you guys advise anything?

Same thing happening with me. Unbelievably frustrating. Seems to be quite a common problem judging by the many other comments saying the same thing so it absolutely must be a problem on Sky's end rather than anything we're doing wrong

Exactly same thing here yet when I run the sky check it says no issues. Is there anyway the flow over a period of time can be checked?

Anyone get any answers? Mine seems to work for a short period of time then nothing works again. I have no tv, no internent and very limited signal now on my phone as live in the middle of nowhere. It's really frustrating as all tests show it's good and everything says it's connected and ok but nothing is working. Arghhh!!!!

Same here! Ours keeps going down so we unplug the router and turn it back on. It works for a little bit then cuts out again! We keep using our mobile data and can't watch any streaming sites.. can only access free view channels!

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? My ultrafast broadband has been working perfectly but over last few weeks the signal is flipping from full bars to 1 bar and back to full. It is really causing me issues attending teams meetings so can't continue. Internet as it stands isn't fit for purpose.

1 month doing the same 2 technicians came to my house 10 phone calls to sky and nothing hapens and I have friends with same problem.

I got 2 technicians cheking everything and still not working, got new box în he hose ,I made 10 phone calls in the Last month still dropping off contantly.

I'm pleased it's not just mine then. It's happening more and more lately.
It is so unreliable, I have had to start using my work phone as a hot spot just so I can do my job.
I did wonder if it was a batch of rubbish routers.
