Service checker not working
Sorry to interrupt the thousand posts about WiFi and no internet, but since moving house and transferring my Sky package I can't access the Service Checker tool, or check upgrade options.
On the Service Checker page I get this error:
Sorry, that didn't work
Service Checker isn't available right now. Please try again later or visit https://www.sky.com/help
Does anyone know why this is happening?

Did you use Sky's home service to move home or did you cancel then sign up as a new customer at your new home ?

I used Sky's home service - the original broadband package wasn't available so they switched me to Full Fibre 150. Since then I've not been able to access the Service Checker or even attempt to upgrade to a faster speed package.

This might need looking into by Sky so have you reported both of these issues to them ?

My service was supposed to go live on 4th November. I keep getting the message saying 'your broadband isn't with us'. Called up several times and being told a different tale each time. The latest one was someone from the back office promising it will be done immediately, we work constantly we never sleep, That was Friday 7th. I'm getting bored with having to beg and grovel to get them to activate the service that should have gone live almost a week ago.
