Internet keeps cutting out

The internet keeps dropping out.  Light goes off on the box. When unplug the box stays on for a few hours and then drops in and out . I work from home so the internet dropping out is a problem for me working.

Having similar issues. Internet drops out for a few seconds around the same time everyday. I'm aware this is likely due to peak times however this really shouldn't be a problem in this day and age. Hub stat as follows

@Badinternet123What does the broadband test say. Peak times have nothing really to do with it in this day and age. What lights are going out on the router or is it power cycling ?

Broadband test comes back saying no issues. As far as I can tell no lights go out but it literally happens for about 5 seconds at a time so hard to really check. Doesn't sound like much but when I'm playing online it's enough to disconnect me from games

Could you log back into you hub and go to support and copy and paste the last 24 hours syslog after removing your public ip address from the image and change to date stamp to eg 09 oct etc

Its certainly the line that is the issue. Assuming your router is connected to the master telephone socket?
