Hello

I have been unable to watch anything this evening, internet keeps breaking up every 2-3 minutes, although I have upgraded to super fast 80. Thank you

@Sophia31 Having a Superfast 80 Package you would still be on a copper connection to an Openreach Master phone socket, is that correct.
