My Sky Q box will not connect to the internet. The broadband is working on my phone but the box will not connect.
I am also finding that if there are a few devices connected to the WiFi it either goes really slow or stops working altogether.
I have reset everything multiple times, both by unplugging them and using the reset option in settings and nothing is working.
