Can't connect to WiFi or speak to a human

Can't connect to my sky hub. Had this WiFi sky hub for two years and previously had no issues. But neither me or my husband can connect. The internet light is not on. I can see the sky hub name, it says 'sign in to network' and takes me to the connection dianosis page where I restart my sky hub. This does not work. It just won't connect. I desperately need the WiFi for my work and I can't find a number or even a human chatbot to speak to. Please can someone?

@Grant-tucker As long as the Internet light is out then you have NO broadband, if you wish to go down the call route number is hidden in the link below, but would advise to run the service checker before in case sky know off the fault and advise that on the link.
