Internet is down

My internet keeps going down. I have to re-enter my router password all the time. I can't watch WhatsApp. The message says I'm connected to broadband router but can't connect to internet. The middle one of the three green lights on my router goes red several times per day.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
