Internet intermittent

My internet keeps dropping and when I do a service check it says all ok. Why is my internet so intermittent?

Mines been doing this for awhile. I'm not quite sure what the issue is. It works for everything in range- but if I connect an extender so that the signal will reach my desktop computer, the extender cannot maintain a connection. It's as if it drops, but reconnects so quickly that the extender can't maintain an IP address on the network, dedicated or not.
