@Blackdolphin poor wifi is a very common issue. If the booster is losing connection it is installed too far from the hub it needs to be no more than halfway between the hub and where you need the boost. If you are working from home and therefore need reliable WiFi it makes sensectonbuy and use a whole home WiFi set up with multiple units which create a mesh network. These systems can be connected to your Sky hub to operate in Access Point mode replacing the hub's own WiFi.
My own home has a system with 3 units one on each level giving decent wifi speeds of at least 150Mb/s in every room which cost roughly £100. Sky will sell you their WiFi Max set up for a monthly cost around £8 which is a possible alternative.
